New rumor that Nvidia may buy AMD

Nvidia completes acquisition of Ageia

Nvidia today issued a very short press release stating they had completed the acquisition of Ageia, one of the leading makers of physics hardware and APIs for PC and game consoles. Nvidia Geforce 8800GS shows up on Newegg

Nvidia quietly launches Geforce 8800GS and they show up in stores in Europe

Nvidia quietly added the Geforce 8800 GS to their webpage recently but hadn’t made any press releases touting the card and didn’t give a release date.
