As of the new year Buffalo Technology has decided to stop selling all flash products in the US until their lawsuit with Sandisk is settled, according to a source inside the company. Fujitsu has announced that they will be releasing a MHZ2 BH series 320GB 5400RPM notebook 2.5″ hard drives with SATA3.0Gb/s interface. Fujitsu is expecting the drive to be available February 2008. DDR2 prices have been in a death spiral for a while now and currently show no sign of a rebound. Seagate found recently that some of their Maxtor Basics Personal Storage 3200 hard drives had left a contract manufacturer in China with a Trojan horse on the drives.
